The Private Side offers US grocery chains Made in Italy solutions for their private label programs when it comes to Alfredo, Premium Tomato Sauces, and Pesto. Our manufacturing partners can supply FDA compliant, shelf stable high-quality sauces that embrace Italy’s centuries old culinary culture and are able to do so in a creative and affordable way.
Food source
We are proud to say, and you should be too, that we use 100% Italian cheese in the Alfredo line and 100% Italian tomatoes in the pasta sauce line.
Food process
Our custom fitted production lines are able to replicate exactly the home-made cooking process starting with the soffritto made on the side and then introduced in the main cooking pots where the pasta sauce is cooked through a slow stirring system.
